JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and achieve sales budgets, prepare sales forecasts and inventory management in line with company strategy
• Develop new and existing business and maintaining good working relationships across all the accounts
• Plan and implement business development strategies for expansion and development of new sales channels/partners
• Manage sales campaign four times a year in showroom, manage and drive clients to reach sales budget
• Manage orders dealing with customer issues where needed
• Monitor franchisees mark up and propose actions to improve profit margins and market positioning
• Propose marketing initiative and activities to ensure alignment with brand objectives and directions, increasing business and reinforce brand awareness in the market.
• Ensure all clients adhere to the merchandising guidelines, ensure both the quantitative and qualitative elements of the budgets are reached
• Market visit and provide product and customer service training regularly
• Actively monitor store’s performance (KPIs) and action, accordingly.
• To provide market and retail outlook and competitor analysis

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years working experience of APAC fashion market
• Good knowledge of franchisee business management and experience in ecomm and retail management in related industry would be an advantage
• Self-motivated with strong sales drive and persistency to achieve sales budgets
• Customer-orientated and strong presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Good analytical, organization and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
• Proficient in both spoken & written English, Cantonese & Putonghua
