Job Responsibilities:
1. To convert sales opportunities into new sales revenue in accordance with agreed sales targets.
2. To sell products and services directly to clients primarily via face-to-face contact.
3. To develop, maintain and work a sales pipeline.
4. To conduct marketing/sales activities including seminars/briefing sessions to generate business.
5. To perform sales demonstrations and presentations.Co-ordinate / prepare regular customer management reporting
6. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

  Requirements:

• Degree graduate with 3-5 years’ experience in managerial level with food/beverage manufacturing / industry background
• Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
• Strong in communication and presentation skill
• Ability to identify business opportunities and scale them up through marketing effort
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
