To cope with the growing business, we are currently looking for a proactive and creative candidate to join our sales & marketing team.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Sales & Brand Director, this position will be responsible for a series of marketing initiatives including:

- Produce internal and external communication material, including but not limited to sales gallery, advertisements and sales brochure.

- Communicate with business partners for marketing collaborations.

- Work with digital/media/PR/KOL agencies to develop campaigns to maximize brand awareness and sales.

- Plan and drive sales & marketing strategies to promote residential development, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of the activities.

- Asist on the development/maintenance of all online communication channels, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc), SEM/SEO- Analyse market landscape and consumer insights to identify business opportunities.

- Research and analyse for collected market information by liaising with different departments.

- Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required.

Successful Applicants Require:

- 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the residential product marketing industry

- Bachelor degree in surveying/marketing discipline

- Good command of Cantonese, Chinese and English with good communication skills

- Good team player, creative and detail-oriented

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and simple video editing will be an advantage
