Our client, a subsidiary of a well-known global financial technology solution provider, is now looking for an Account Manager to join their team. They operate cutting edge technology and well implemented core trading platform, with direct connectivity to all major banks.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
• Identify opportunities of cross selling by working closely with sales team
• Carry out relationship management and training via onsite visits
• Build trust relationship for key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure delivery of tailored solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Forecast and track key account metrics such as monitoring customer usages

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of eFX experience
• eFX knowledge is an absolute requirement, with multi asset knowledge as an advantage
• Proven account management and client-focused solutions experience
• Excellent communication skills with confidence in meeting and liaising at client sites
• Natural relationship builder
