Duties:

1. Handle full set of I/E document and bank document (L/C)
2. Coordinate with carriers/forwarders for shipment arrangements
3. Handle shipping schedules, operations and cost control management
4. Assist to set up new logistics service for the fulfillment of orders
5. Prepare consignment reports of demo units and samples
6. Responsible for daily sales administration activities (e.g. quotations and presentation preparation)
7. Assist in new projects and new system set up
8. Import & Export Declarations.

Requirement:

1. Minimum 3 years shipping  & customer support experience.
2. Familiar with MS Office and Outlook.
3. Positive work attitude, willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
4. Self-motivated, well organized, accountable, attention to details, service oriented.
