Job Description

Our client is a well-established company, who is now looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Operations. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide information to Management to design/review Sales incentive scheme and OKRs, as well as communicate this information to the sales team & other department
  • Enhance overall dashboard and report functions for sufficient data visibility. Migrate legacy reports to Salesforce
  • Manage weekly and monthly sales forecast and provide report for sales management
  • Negotiate with agencies for their annual incentive agreement by comparing their performance to previous years
  • Act as project owner of Salesforce project. Use specialised knowledge of sales management system to manage ongoing forecasting tool used by sales team
  • Provide Salesforce training and support based on considerable experience
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to senior leadership to drive continued operational excellence within region
  • Assist Director in projects with key stakeholders in business strategy, sales leadership, compensation, finance, and systems teams to make data-driven decisions
  • Supervise on sales operations team to maintain the daily operations workflow

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in business or related field with at least 6 years relevant experience, preferably in media industry or sales organizations, at least 3 years in management consulting, sales operations or investment banking
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience in financial modelling, data analysis, and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision making
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, SQL/relational databases, Hadoop and reporting tools like Tableau an advantage
  • Ability to confidently interact with senior management, and good in project and time management
  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
