Background

Our client operates a substantial consumer facing retail network in Hong Kong.  An excellent opportunity now exists for the successful incumbent to join and drive an already successful retail operations, taking it to the next level.  The role will appeal to the right person who has the passion and vision to work with the team to deliver first class retail experience to the customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a competent operations team to explore continuous improvements, share and replicate the latest in operations excellence gained in the market.
• Collaborate with different functions internally to bring about new retail operation improvement and advancements through systems and procedures.
• Continue to explore technology application to retail
• Frequent store visits to identify and solve problems with various departments.
• Drive the team to bring true improvements to be reflected in the financial numbers.
• Budget development and full sales and operating costs accountability

• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
