Job Responsibilities:

• Develop business strategies and steer business direction with insight from market research , competitor benchmarking & customer portfolio study
• Establish unique customer proposition and define the product and channel strategy in support the proposition development
• Build segmentation model to ensure differentiated sales & services model according to customer characteristics
• Drive achievement of business target with proper cross-selling models agreed with key product, channel and marketing stakeholders
• Identify the customer pain points , suggest appropriate customer journey and monitor its improvement
• Monitor business, customer values,  sales performance by channel & campaign, recommend tactical initiatives to achieve business target
• Develop marketing strategy and customer communication messages across multiple channels
• Work closely with product managers for segment driven solution development, product offering, product bundling & packaging

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines
• At least 10 year experience in financial industry with proven experience and track record in segmentation, strategy development and customer management
• Proactive, innovative with remarkable organizing & problem solving skills with a strong sense of customer centricity
• Strong strategic thinking capacity with the ability to translate concepts into business insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Exposure in commercial banking business and understanding on corporate loan & trade finance will be a plus
• Less experienced candidate will be considered as Manager role
