We are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer – Social Media Specialist to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s social media activity across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

Roles and responsibilities

• Plan and lead innovative digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Oversee content creation activities through social media and offline channel.
• Analyse market landscape and consumer insights to identify business opportunity in the category.
• Responsible for monitoring progress of all projects in the online platform.
• Responsible for handling of customers’ enquires and orders.
• To continue review and refine the on-line shop platform , to maintain and update web channels and to work with IT to ensure the quality of on-line service.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
• Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure project delivery.

 Requirements

• Specialised in Social Media with 1-2 year relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Social media enthusiast.
• Passionate, creative, independent with strong analytical skill
• A good team player.
