Our client is a premium luxury department store well established in China. They are currently looking for a Deputy Retail Operations Director stationing in Beijing to join their senior management team to continue their expansion in China.

Responsibilities :

• Managed all department stores operations located in China.
• Plan and manage sales budget & operation strategy for all locations.
• Ensure sales targets are achieved and timely and accurate management reports
• Manage merchandising supply chain and ensure timely and orderly delivery of inventories to relevant stores.
• Work closely with merchandising and marketing team to achieve company’s overall brand strategy and imagine
• Manage staffing requirements, sales services standards up to corporate quality and image standards.
• Manage, develop and train operation staff to ensure high quality services and management quality.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree or high education
• 8 years or more retail operations experience with 5 years or more in luxury brand management
• Very good English communications skills both in written and spoken
• Good fashion sense, strong analytical and leadership skills
