Job Description

Our client is an Education Group in Hong Kong and they are currently looking for energetic high caliber to join their CS team.

Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the first contact to communicate with both internal and external parties in order to solve customers' complaints and enquiries
  • Answer daily phone calls and email queries from customers
  • Provide excellent customer services in respect of the Group standard and guidelines
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Other Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service in service industry
  • Call center experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Native in Cantonese
