This role as ‘Customer Service Officer’ is to support the distribution channels which involve processing applications and policy administration. Reporting to the Operations Management team, you will be proactive and customer-centric in your approach. Key to this role is the ability to successfully maintain and develop relationships with the distribution channels through good customer service delivery in accordance to internal procedures and industry regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Application processing and policy administration
• Delivering excellent customer service in accordance with procedures and regulations
• Minimum 2 years of customer service (within health insurance is preferable), a plus if you have experience in dealing with brokers, handling policy administration and have underwriting experience
• Insurance background (International Medical Insurance would be an advantage)
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and well organized
• Team player, yet able to work independently

We are looking for:

• University graduate from Hong Kong or overseas.
• IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3.
• Good command of written and spoken English are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
