Requirements

• University graduate of Hospitality Management or equivalent
• 4-6 years relevant working experience in serving VIP or privilege guests
• Experience in customer relations, preferably in hospitality or retail industry
• Self-initiative, cheerful, customer-oriented with good communication skills
• Proficient in communication of English and conversational Putonghua
• Computer knowledge in using MS Office including Word and Excel
• Candidates with supervisory experience will be considered as supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily smooth operation of the Club in a professional manner
• Effectively manage guests’ interactions, identify their needs and provide solutions
• Achieve performance standard in delivering consistent and quality customer service
• Work closely with internal departments on resolving issues and escalations
• Maintain close customer relationship and update accurate VIP database
