Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan and execute CRM strategies for the region to build customer loyalty and increase lifetime value
  • Lead the build and implementation for CRM Eco System for the APAC region working closely with internal teams and the partner to cater individual market’s needs and manage the roadmap of optimization
  • Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities.
  • Oversee and manage the CRM campaign management tools for the APAC region and prioritize development
  • Identify common CRM KPI for the region aligning with different stakeholders and create report dashboard for teams to make informed decision
  • Create customer communication/animation automation plan and assist markets to execute based on their own needs
  • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
  • Initiate and manage regional CRM campaign and evaluate and review
  • Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and our products.
  • Facilitate best practice sharing among the region and organize training for the CRM communities to continuous upskilling

 

Requirement:

  •  Bachelor degree in business related studies or marketing
  • A minimum of 8 years CRM experience (not just email marketing), strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies. Experience in retail industry is a plus
  • Native in Customers Data Analytics and able to orchestra data from various sources, experience in Tableau a plus
  • Hands on experience CRM system implementation and integration, project management skills a huge advantage, trained in Agile a plus
  • Hands on experience with Marketing automation tool
  • Sound knowledge in Asia CRM eco systems
  • Positive working attitude and quick problem solving skills
  • Proactive, resilient and can work independently
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, another Asian language a plus
