THE ROLE

As a Retail Shop Sales, you will be responsible for providing clerical support for the sales department, and customer services for Solutions. Specifically you will:

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs
• Describe product and explain or demonstrate use, operation, and care of product to customers
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain product based on customer needs and desires
• Prepare sales invoice and payment
• Handle inbound calls on inquires
• Offer ad hoc support as required
  
  

THE ATTRIBUTES:

• Form 5 or above preferred relevant work experience
• Knowledge in healthcare industry is an advantage yet it is not a must
• Energetic, out-going, and sociable
• Clear and confident communication and people skills
• Fresh graduate also will be considered
• Capable of handling urgent request
• Computer literate
