Responsibilites:

• To well position Carrier Building Management System (BMS) as customer’s #1 choice
• To promote BMS solutions to developers, consultants, facility managers, contractors and all other stakeholders
• To develop customer-centric solutions to meet/exceed customers’ expectation
• To build sustainable relationship with key customers for long term business growth
• To work closely with project team to ensure smooth transition to project execution stage
• To work with various key suppliers for a complete & competitive total solution
• To liaise with ALC factory or Asia/Global engineering teams on product/solution development
• To work closely with other Carrier entities for synergy opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in engineering
• 6-8 years' sales experience in E&M/Constrcution industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and can work independently
• Good business senses in industry practice
• Proven record in gaining customer satisfaction
