Key Responsibilities: -

• Managing a portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial  properties
• Tenancy administration including market research, lease renewal and negotiation, and day-to-day property management etc.
• Responding to Landlords/Tenants’ enquiries and undertaking routine property inspections
• Prepare and review tender documentation, monitor the progress and quality of repair and maintenance work
• Controlling costs and expenditures accounts and monthly reporting

Qualification Requirements: -

•  Diploma holder or above with 1 year working experience
• Good understanding of the property industry
• Holding EAA license is preferable but not essential
• Good interpersonal and client servicing skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Fresh Graduate or Candidates with less experience can be considered as Assistant Officer/ Tenancy Management Assistant
