Job No. (1)       Leasing Officer / Assistant Leasing Officer (Office Properties)

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the leasing matters for prestigious office and apartment premises in PRC, Formulation and implementation of leasing strategy, managing the negotiation and conclusion of tenancies.
• Liaison with local estate agents, preparation of leasing documents and reports. Compilation, conducting research and feasibility study etc.
• Station in HK and travelling to various PRC cities is necessary.

Requirement :

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience in property leasing.
• Fluent in Putonghua, proficient written Chinese, excellent English.
• Good analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience in office leasing in PRC a definite advantage.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer.

Job No. (2)  Leasing Officer (Retail Properties)

Responsibilities :

• Handle the leasing matters for prestigious retail properties in PRC.Liaison with international brands, local estate agents, formulating leasing strategy and conducting marketing research, etc.
• Based in HK and travel to various PRC cities is necessary.

Requirement :

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Real Estates or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years’ solid experience in handling property leasing, legal documents as well as dealing with reputable brands and property management people independently.
• Experience in retail / property management projects in PRC an advantage while experience in marketing / business development will also be considered.
• Fluent Putonghua and English as well as good negotiation and interpersonal skills are required. 

Job No. (3)       Assistant Leasing Officer (Retail Properties)

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Leasing Manager.
• Handle the marketing and leasing matters of high class RETAIL premises.
• Liaise with real estate agents, analyze market trends and prepare leasing reports.

Requirement

• F.7 and above / university graduates or equivalent in related disciplines.
• 1 - 2 years' solid experience in property leasing, preferably in retail premises.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
