Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day center operation
• Assist the Manager to monitor the job efficiency, objective achievement and manpower planning.
• Regular review work procedures to ensure that high levels of achievements and outputs are maintained.
• Train and motivate staff to achieve service levels and handle work independently and effectively.
• Ensure KPIs meet guidelines and standards
• Contact and respond to customer comments and complaints via email and other online platforms
• Work closely with the Manager to develop customer services technologies and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Bachelor degree with a minimum of 3 years of related working experience
• Good telephone manner, Mature personality, strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Basic competency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook; Knowledge in CRM will be an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred
