Transaction Business Development Manager (Job ID: 2490)

Responsibilities:

• To plan, formulate and implement new strategies and initiatives, as well as product and system development and service bundling
• To assist in preparing annual operation plan and ensure its deliverable
• To collect and analyze market intelligence with appropriate recommendations and compile relevant business / sales / MIS or CRM reports
• To provide quality service to merchants and corporates by developing and implementing professional and efficiency operational processes
• To monitor, track and evaluate sales activities and ensure high efficiency and productivity of the campaigns as well as full compliance with internal and external regulatory
• To liaise with various internal sections to develop sound proposition for ongoing operation enhancement

Requirements

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking or related disciplines
• Previous experience in Credit Card payments, e-Business, or Banking is highly preferred
• Good understanding on e-commerce, credit card payment technology, and QR code payment channels with knowledge in ISO 8583 message, terminal certification, EMV chip card technology, and/or payment gateway platform experience is an advantage
• Can-do attitude, ability to work independently and strong drive to get things done
• Capable of driving projects independently and under pressure
• Excellent time management, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• APC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
