JOB RESPONSIBITY:

• Complete merchant on boarding process
• Work with 3rd party suppliers to organise product deployment
• Level 2 technical and operations support via telephone
• Handle inquiries & customers compliant
• Ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
• Outdoor work is required
• Need to work on shift (Sat, Sun or Public Holidays)

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• IVE/High Diploma holder in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Basic knowledge in computer networking
• Experience in Helpdesk / Customer Services will be an advantage
• Customer oriented mindset, and good telephone manner
• Good verbal and written communication in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Independent and self-motivated character
• Eager to learn and outgoing personality
• Shift duty will be required
