Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing sales and marketing of residential projects
• Maintain the sales office and show flat at the highest level
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure compliance with the statutory requirements
• Support the entire process of the sales campaign and liaise with property agents
• Handle customers / property agents enquiry in timely order
• Conduct market research and monitor market performance
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 2 - 5 years’ solid experience in property sales, preferably gained in property developers
• Track record in handling property sales regulations in Hong Kong
• Able to work independently and work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, proactive and customer-oriented with positive mindset
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications
• Willing to work overtime and irregular hours 
• Candidates with less experience and qualification will be considered as Senior Sales Officer / Sales Officer
