Job Description:

•  Responsible for the preparation and implementation of the annual budget and operation plan in Hong Kong & Overseas.
•  Manage overall sales activities, including annual customer business planning, new product introduction and promotion.
•  Formulate strategies and action plan for each key channel/customer to meet agreed sales and penetration objectives, including pricing strategies, trading terms and trade spend investment.
•  Build and maintain key customer relations and direct customers to achieve and exceed company sales, GP (Gross Profit) and distribution target.
•  Explore new prospective clients in Hong Kong and Overseas, and retain con-current business from assigned accounts.
•  Work collaboratively with marketing, logistics, finance, sales administration and customer service to seek our merchandise and promotions opportunities, as well as initiate action plan to approached expand business.
•  Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
•  Excellent interpersonal and communications skill.
•  Develop and improve the metrics for reporting on performance of the department to stakeholders across the company and customers are required.
•  Less experience will be considered to be Sales Manager.

Requirement:

•  Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines.
•  Minimum 5-10 years of commercial management with Information Technology.
•  Good connection with partners and with exceptional knowledge and insight about the retail operation.
•  A demonstrated leader, processing excellent people management skills.
•  Exceptional presentation, negotiation and organization skills with numerically competent.
•  Strong analytical and strategic mind, with the ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
•  Must be a self-confident articulate individual who can build consensus and facilitate change across teams.
•  Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
