Our client is a well-established company, who is looking for a Senior Customer Services Executive. 

Responsibilities

• To handle general incoming phone and email enquiries
• To manage and retain the loyal group of customers
• To monitor delivery agent performance and take appropriate action to minimize the complaint rates
• To handle daily customers’ enquiries and complaints at set standard and quality
• To help drive telemarketing and partnership programs to acquire and retain the business growth

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with at least 4 years of working experience in customer services and account servicing
• Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Good communication with strong service manner and problem-solving skills
• Working on shift is required
