Responsibilities:

• With a focus on conducting comparable market research and analysis including pricing, standard provision and clubhouse facilities
• Assist to formulate the overall sales exercises for sales projects including but not limited to preparation of pricing structure.
• Assist in frontline sales operations on roster basis as required
• Responsible for any other duties that assigned by the superior from time to time
• Assist in formulation and implementation of sales strategies for property projects
• Handle daily sales operation, frontline sales services and sales administrative works
• Handle sales launch activities and build rapport with sales agents

Requirements:

•   Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
•   Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in leading property developers in Hong Kong
•   Proactive, customer-oriented and a team player with positive working attitude
•   Good communication and presentation skills
•   Willing to work overtime and irregular hours
•   Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Officer
