Job Description
Our client, is a leading Japanese railway vehicle and equipment manufacturer, they are now looking for a Japanese Speaking Business Manager to support the daily operation.
Responsibility:
- Communicate with Engineer/Japan side relevant department to prepare quotation to customer.
- Negotiate with customer / explain the detail of our quotation to get additional order from customer
- Manage the invoicing to the customer / payment from the customer
- Manage the Contract with the customer
- Manage the necessary procedure to be requested by Japan side
- Report to Project Manager
- Regularly meeting with customer/ Japan side
Requirement:
- Diploma holder or above
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Native in Japanese, Good command of both spoken and written in English
- Self-initiated, well-organized, responsible, detail-minded and hardworking
- Immediate available is preferable
