Our client, is a leading Japanese railway vehicle and equipment manufacturer, they are now looking for a Japanese Speaking Business Manager to support the daily operation.

 Responsibility:

• Communicate with Engineer/Japan side relevant department to prepare quotation to customer.
• Negotiate with customer / explain the detail of our quotation to get additional order from customer
• Manage the invoicing to the customer / payment from the customer
• Manage the Contract with the customer
• Manage the necessary procedure to be requested by Japan side
• Report to Project Manager
• Regularly meeting with customer/ Japan side

Requirement:

• Diploma holder or above
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Native in Japanese, Good command of both spoken and written in English
• Self-initiated, well-organized, responsible, detail-minded and hardworking
• Immediate available is preferable
