Responsibilities:

• Assist Management team in converting leads and expand the business
• Responsible for providing administrative duties by collecting data, sorting, filing and sending out project files to the right parties
• Prepare presentation materials as required by Management
• Provide translation, proof-reading and editing work to ensure consistent company branding across all communication
• Provide support and execute the business plan under the direct supervision of project owner
• Draft proposal and ideas under project owner’s direction and present them to Management
• To ensure the business plan is executed on the right track through the review process including compliance review to final approval
• Coordinate with different parties to ensure the smooth execution of business development plan
• Assist in ad hoc marketing projects 

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Marketing or New Business Development field
• Experience in dealing with marketing agency and providing administrative support to Sales & Marketing team is a plus
• With sound project management and good problem-solving skills
• Capable to prioritize multiple tasks and positive with enthusiastic can-do attitude
• Independent, self-motivated and responsible
• Excellent communication (written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Putonghua) and interpersonal skills
