Executive Summary:

Our client is a young growing technology consulting companies in the world. With a strong overseas presence, it is building up its business in Hong Kong / Asia and now hiring for an aggressive sales professional to lead the business development initiatives.

The successful candidate will be coming from professional services, business process outsourcing or IT solution sales focus background. He/she must have a strong track record to execute a disciplined sales process, bringing large and complex opportunity to close.

Educational Background:

• Holds a recognized university bachelor degree, any relevant graduate degree or professional qualifications will be a plus.  These can include MBA or IT

Work Experiences:

• Minimum 8 to 12 years of working experiences in solution sales in the context of professional services companies or companies of similar nature;
• Ability to qualify opportunities from multiple angles;
• Guiding the team in managing a portfolio of clients;
• Experiences in driving large/ complex opportunities to closure;
• Ability to create innovative commercial deals and construct;
• Able to run planned sales campaign in collaboration with others;
• Business experience within insurance and/or banking a must
