Our client is a global Forex broker in Hong Kong is now looking for a new member to join their team.

With the expansion of their Hong Kong operation, client is seeking a performance-driven individual to support their operation team. You will be tasked with the role to support the client services and back-office operations for their foreign exchange and payment services.

Job Description

• Be part of a dynamic, innovative and growth-oriented team
• Support the operation team on trade support and treasury function
• Book and record transaction data and client information in our database
• Liaise with accountant and auditor on financial accounting
• Generate reports regularly from the transaction and client data
• Execute FX transactions with counter parties and other treasury operation
• Other ad hoc projects related to the mid and back office operations

Requirements

• Higher diploma, associate degree or university degree preferably in accounting, business, finance
• 2 - 4 years mid or back office experience preferably gained from accounting, banking, financial industry, logistics industry, payment service or treasury function
• Able to work independently while be a strong team player
• Sensitive to numbers and mathematics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Sound knowledge on Microsoft office, especially Excel
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
