Job Description
The Job:
- Answer and respond to calls and emails.
- Research required information using available resources Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Route calls to appropriate parties according to available guideline.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Complete call logs
The Person:
- DSE / HKCEE, high school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of call center telephony and technology is an advantage.
- Good command in Cantonese and English, Putonghua is an advantage 5-day work a week.
- Shift duties may be required with compensation leave / shift allowance
