Responsibilities:

• New order processing and order management for Assigned Accounts in Asia Pacific
• Managing incoming calls/emails and after sales service inquiries
• Co-coordinating with various parties to ensure customers’ requirement are met
• Other duties as assigned/required

Requirements:

• 1-2 years Customer Service / Sales Support / Account Servicing experience
• Holder of diploma or above in any disciplines
• Proficient in spoken Thai, English and Mandarin
• Result-oriented, Positive attitude and attention to details
