Responsibilities and opportunities:       

• To perform account servicing tasks including to identify distributor’s needs, enquiries handling, provide tracking reports or analysis through close communications by phone calls, messages, meetings and visits.
• To build, maintain and strengthen relationships between the company and distributors for sales opportunities at different levels.
• To motivate distributors to drive the business by endorsing the company’s mission, vision and culture, business and products opportunity.
• To provide high level of customer satisfaction and provide consultative support to distributors to develop goals and business plan which align with the company’s strategic.
• High EQ and able to relate with, show empathy for, and maintain a good relationship with Top Tier Members.
• Document customer calls and report trends to management with clarity and speed.
• High level of initiative and self-learning to keep up to date with current information.
• Resourceful and able to find information and translate product & promotions information into customer-friendly language.
• Handling internal and external enquiries on compliance related issue. 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• 1-2 years of work experience in customer service or account servicing
• Experience in direct selling industry or FMCG sector is an advantage
• Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Team player with ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
