Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for making new clients and maintain good relations with new and existing clients.
- Design and implement strategic sales and marketing plans, so that the sales goals are achieved.
- To identify new market segments and assess operational problems or issues to stay ahead in the competitive market
- Manage accounts and SPOC of different accounts.
- To motivate the co-workers, subordinates, and other staff members to give maximum output and ensure cooperation within all areas and divisions of the company.
Skills/Experience Required:
- 1+ years of experience in Recruitment/Staffing/RPO Industry
- Target achiever and trendsetter.
- Handling full-time, contractual & contract to hire placements & further Process - added advantage
