Responsibilities  

• Devising, deploying and managing all sales objectives and goals across the company, including sales targets 
• Develop and implement annual sales programs, plans and policies for the sales teams
• Develop and manage new business partnerships for business development
• Leading and coaching sales executives to achieve individual sales targets
• Ensure effective communication with all levels
• Reporting of industry trends, opportunities, new products, services, advanced technologies,  competitor products and price as well as all other relevant business information from local market

   Requirements:

• Degree graduate with 5-7 years’ experience in managerial level 
• Strong leadership and motivational skill, analytical, numerical and detail oriented
• Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
• Strong in communication and presentation skill
