EventXtra is a software company that serves companies like Apple, Alibaba, The Economist and Yahoo. Our software allows companies managing their corporate events effectively. We were just a three-man team three years ago but now we already have thirty-something folks working at four offices, including Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Taipei and San Francisco, serving clients in more than 12 countries.

What you will do

• Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote other products

• Prioritize and deliver an excellent customer service experience to our clients/ users

• Manage customer inquiries by phone, e-mail, live chat, and/ or face-to-face meetings

• Collaborate with engineers, and product team members on new feature development

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

• Ability to speak and write in English, Cantonese and Mandarin fluently and idiomatically

• Experience or interest in sales, customer support, account management, or consulting

• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting or resolving customer queries and capability to lead and/ or motivate others

• Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
