Responsibilities:

• Handle general accounting duties

• Perform daily administrative work

• Handle full set of shipping documents

• Follow up shipment, delivery schedule with customers and suppliers

• Prepare purchase order and invoice

• Handle ad hoc duties and assignments when required

Requirement:

• At least Form 5 with LCC Intermediate qualification or above

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in shipping and accounting

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Preferably with practical experience in SAP

• Self-motivated, independent, hard working with good interpersonal skills

• Good command of both written and spoken English

• Immediately available would be an advantage
