Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, order processing, follow up and related documents
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Conduct good service to the clients and response enquiries timely and thoroughly
- Maintain data integrity in CRM system
- Perform ad hoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
- F.5 / DSE or above
- Experience with customer service and CRM system
- Proficiency of MS office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
