Responsibilities:

• Handle daily A/R, A/P, costing and book keeping issues
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Prepare Debit Notes and Credit Notes
• Prepare cheque and TT payment
• Prepare the monthly financial statement and management report
• Responsible for full set of Import / Export shipping document & handle L/C, HK / China custom declaration     
• Coordinate with forwarders, customers, transportation companies and factories
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements 

• Diploma or above with LCCI level III
• At least 3 years working experience in accounting and shipping
• Able to handle full set of accounts independently
• Experience in handling full sets of Import & Export shipping documents, L/C, bank documentation, Tradelink System, China custom declaration
• Good command of both spoken and written in English and Mandarin
• Mature, able to work under pressure and tight schedule independently
• Knowledge in ERP system is a definite advantage.
•  Immediate availability is highly preferred
