Job Description
Responsibilities
• Meet or exceed revenue targets on AWS business in HK
• Develop and execute against a comprehensive account plan/territory plan
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
• Accelerate customer cloud adoption
• Ensure customer satisfaction
BASIC Requirement
• Ensure high quality of customer service for all inbound requests
• Respond and qualify incoming enquiries
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and related territory target lists in CRM
• Cooperate in the development and execution of a territory plan including outbound calling against established target lists
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Willing to learn and self-motivated
PREFERRED Requirement
• 1 - 2 years of technology related sales, business development or proven experience in project management in sales / marketing environment
• Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services is a plus
• Passionate to Cloud Technology, especially on AWS
