Job Description

Responsibility:

- Provide quality customer services

- Handle customer inquiry over the phone and online system

- Routine business visits

- Shift duties required

Requirements:

- High Diploma or above

- Experience in customer service is preferred.

- Good command of Chinese and English. Fluent Putonghua is highly preferred.

- Good telephone manner and familiar with PC applications

- Fresh graduates are welcome

- Chinese Word Processing
