Our client is one of the largest jewelry manufacturing and exporting company in Thailand. They serve not only global brands, but also retailers and distributors around the world. They offer value-added services from sourcing, designing, product development, packaging, pricing to marketing competitiveness strategy solutions. To cope with their expansions in new markets, they are now looking for a Sales Manager who has experience in Hong Kong and/or South China markets.

Direct Report to: Managing Director

Responsibilities:

• Direct report to the Managing Director
• Supervise a team of Sales, After Sales and Product Development personnel
• Manage the assigned region's P&L and inventory
• Plan strategically to achieve sales target and minimize costs
• Proactively and strategically open new distribution channels and business opportunities
• establish and maintain positive client relationships
• Regular market visit and trade shows
• Able to work cross-functionally - product development, sourcing, production, quality assurance
• Advise clients in terms of marketing strategy, pricing strategy and promotion strategy
• Promote company's products via different platforms including but not limited to direct retail, e-commerce, social media, etc

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B jewelry sales, account management and BD
• high competency in English communication, both written and spoken
• strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• number sensitive and analytical
• ability to travel to trade shows and market visit
• experience with Hong Kong jewelry market is a MUST; experience with South China markets is a PLUS
• open to candidates who are originally from Nakhonpathom/Thailand, have Hong Kong jewelry market experience and would like to relocate back there
• open to candidates from elsewhere, with Hong Kong jewelry market experience
