The Job
- Clients: The Ticketing & Reservation Office of 1) 5-Star Hotel Group, 2) Premium Airline and 3) Travel Agency providing worldwide traveling, hostel packages and related touring services.
- Position: Ticketing & Reservation Officer / Supervisor
- Responsibilities: Answer inbound call and handle customer's inquiries on flight schedule, flight ticket booking, Room reservation, Fare quotation, etc. NO selling required
- $15-25K. 5 day work. Performance bonus and incentive. $2-3K night shift allowance
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- Relevant experience in customer services
- Supervisor - 5 years or above
- Officer - 1 year or above
- For Supervisor position, relevant team supervision experience gained from call center is required
- Good phone manner and customer service skills
- Fluent spoken Chinese and English.
- Fluent speaker of a third language (Japanese / Korean) will be an advantage
- Candidate without previous experience but with strong interest in CS industry will also be considered
