MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide recruitment support to consultant in different sectors
• Source, identify and prequalify specific skill sets of candidates through different channels, company resources, cold calling, etc
• Evaluate candidates’ suitability through phone calls and face-to-face interviews, and provide professional advices accordingly
• Work closely with fellow consultants to conduct research on respective industry, market information and candidates.
• Network building, maintain strong rapport and relationships with candidates

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder or equivalent in any discipline
• Have the passion in recruitment industry and the strong urge to strive for career development
• Outgoing team worker who is interested in networking with top professionals and market mapping
• 1 – 2 years of experience in recruitment or sales related industry is desirable but not mandatory
• Result driven, well disciplined with positive personality
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with good telephone manner
• Various career paths are available according to experience and expertise
