Duties:

The appointee will conduct R&D work on material simulation, thermal and battery simulation. Primary responsibilities include perform simulation works (for thermal management designs and lithium-ion battery), verify the simulation result by experimental design and optimization in thermal management and lithium ion battery area.

Requirements:

• A Master / PhD's degree, in Chemistry, Materials Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines and fulfill the following technical requirements:Good command of English and Chinese, articulate report writing/presentation skills as well as abilities in literature/patent search;
  • Knowledge and professional in performing simulation tasks, especially in heat transfer, thermal dynamics or knowledge in performing simulation in lithium ion battery, especially in materials, electro-chemistry, battery design and structure or related area;
  • Experience in research and development work in thermal management materials, such as thermal pad, thermal grease, PCM and heat sink; knowledge in developing metal composite and coolants is a plus;
  • Experience in research and development work in the material design and operation in lithium ion battery is a plus; and
  • Knowledge in developing formulations and verify the simulation by experiment design and measurement task are needed.
• Ability to work independently, strong problem-solving skills required;
• Self-motivated, work independently and able to communicate with teamwork; and
• Fresh graduated are welcomed, candidates with more working experiences will be considered as Senior Engineer.
