Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Biological Science, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Science or equivalent.
• Proficiency written English is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese and English typing.
• Ability to work in a logical, systematic manner.
• Attention to detail to ensure high level of quality.
• Independent with strong self-initiative.
• Good team player with high degree of integrity and responsibility.

Job Duties:

• Perform clerical support related to production projects.
• Support project management and coordination.
• Prepare meeting agenda and minutes, document task list.
• Prepare KPI and monthly report.
• Maintain document preparation progress on schedule.
• Assist in stock management, including procurement, stock taking and inventory preparation.
• Receive, label and store incoming reagents and consumables used in production.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
