Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

•  Design, create and maintain technical documentation including system requirement, operational manuals and SOP
•  Consolidate and summarize department’s operation requirements, work with BD and IT team to review service scope; refine logistics & system product.
•  Propose, devise and develop continuous improvement initiatives for the business.
•  Maintain & improve internal key performance indicators. Assist management to monitor the monthly and quarterly KPI and P&L in the department, analyze and report to management.
•  Align with other department; improve operation profitability and seeking new opportunity (e.g. VAS).
•  Ad hoc project assigned by Director

Qualifications and Education Requirements

•  Secondary school graduate or higher
•  4 years working experience in warehousing and fulfilment
•  Computer literate (e.g. MS office, WMS)
•  Available to work shift

Preferred Skills

•  Driving License (Class 1,2)
•  Fork lift license
