Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Import/Export documents to meet L/C requirement
2. Perform data entry, data updates on system, filing regularly & compile reports for analysis
3. Prepare and handle LC application to have understanding about UCP600.
4. Assist the Superior in logistics operations and procedures to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness
5. Multi task and ad hoc by company daily

Requirements

1. Post-secondary education or above
2. At least 1year working experience, preferably in logistics/trade business field
3. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
4. Willing to learn with positive attitude, a good team player and detail-minded.
5. Flexible, self-starter who can work independently and has an interest in international trading.
6. Tactfully and sensitive in handling confidential information.
7. Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing (Changjie/Quick).
