Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company sales plan according to the company’s strategy
• Formulate different sales strategies for existing customers to meet the company objectives
• Develop and identify new and potential markets, products and turn them into customers to generate high margin of revenue
• Master the market and competitor information, to support the marketing decision and activities
• Coach, train, supervise and examine the customer services and sales team members and stimulate the team working efficiency
• In charging all operation matters related to our services products
• Operation cost control and maintain services standard
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Leading a team of 20

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, marketing or related disciplines
• Have a passion for life and get excite for new trends and challenges
• Aggressive and proactive mentality is a must
• At least 10 years working experience in the field of B2B Sales and Marketing in product, services or logistics industry or related background, preferably with minimum 3 years managerial experience
• Proficiency in MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet applications
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
• Logical and analytical thinking and go with a strong strategic and business senses
• Excellent people management and communication skills, good team management skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English
