Job Description
Our client, a Japanese electronics trading company ,is now looking for the candidate with the following details:
Duties:
- Handle order processing and liaise with customers
- Coordinate with the factories for stock and production updates
- Follow up orders and contact with forwarder for delivery arrangement
- Provide data support and reporting
Requirement
- F.5 graduated
- Experience as Sales Adm./ Sales Clerk/ Sales Coordinator in trading company, preferable in electronics
ind.
- Good Mandarin and English
- Good Excel skills
- Independent and good team player
- detail-minded and self-motivated
