About the Role:

• Report to Head of Operations
• Oversee all terminal security plan and traffic related regulatory policies
• Act as focal point with external parties regarding security matters
• Manage and conduct security and safety inspections if necessary
• Build and maintain an excellent relationship with business partners, governments, stakeholders and other related parties.
• Create strong ties with HK container operators in order to collaborate in common security practices and approaches
• Design and formulate competitive service level agreement with the contractors/service providers
• Leading a small team in daily operations

You are the Right Person if you have:

• Diploma in logistic/shipping/security management or related disciplines 
• 6+ years exp. in Operation and Security practices 
• Hands-on exp. in  ISPS Code compliance and in traffic control
• Knowledge of container terminal operations is preferable
• Self-starter and team player
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Valid driving license (1 & 2)
